MEET THE TEAM
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

Sheena Strand (Berger), LCAC — Owner
Sheena has owned ADAPT Addiction & Behavioral Health since 2023 and has been a licensed addiction counselor since 2017. She is a certified Prime for Life DUI Instructor. Sheena believes in second chances because she has lived one: she has been in recovery for 14 years. That journey is why this work is personal. She hopes that every client feels that they matter, that change is possible, and that there is real hope—one honest decision at a time. As the owner of a family-owned and operated Bismarck practice, she is committed to treating people with dignity and walking with them as they begin again.
Kiki Schatz, LCAC - Counselor
Kiki is an addiction counselor with more than 25 years of experience in the field. She also brings a strong background in clinical supervision and recovery-focused client care.
Tristin Berger - Mental Health Technician
Tristin is a mental health technician with experience in anger management and domestic violence education. He also helps greet clients and keep the office running smoothly.

Johnny Allery - Mental Health Technician
Johnny is a mental health technician with experience in domestic violence evaluation and education. He works with clients in a respectful, structured, and accountable setting.

Faith Berger (Young) - Office Receptionsint
Faith is the receptionist and often the first person clients meet at ADAPT. She helps with
scheduling, check-in, and making the office feel welcoming.
At ADAPT, you will know the people who greet you at the door and the people who sit with you in the work. We are a family-owned and family-operated practice in Bismarck, built on second chances, honesty, and the belief that every person who walks in matters. Our team includes counselors, mental health technicians, and reception staff who take that responsibility seriously—whether the next step is an assessment, addiction treatment, a seminar, anger management, domestic violence education, or simply being met with respect. We cannot do the work for you, but we will not treat you like a number. Hope starts here, one decision at a time.
